The SZD type combined electrostatic precipitator is a device that uses electrostatic purification to capture dust in flue gas. It is an ideal equipment for purifying industrial waste gas. Its net profit mainly relies on two systems: the discharge electrode and the precipitation electrode. When high-voltage direct current is input between the two poles, the electrode space generates anions and cations, which act on the surface of the exhaust gas dust particles passing through the electrostatic field. Under the action of the electric field force, they move towards the electrode with opposite polarity and deposit on the electrode, achieving the purpose of dust collection. Both polar systems have vibration devices. When the vibration hammer periodically strikes the polar devices, the dust adhering to them is shaken off and falls into the lower ash hopper, which is discharged outside the machine through the ash discharge device. The purified exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney at the outlet, completing the flue gas purification process.
